Phenomenal! - Edit
What a happy surprise to find a plant-based restaurant in the town that I moved to! I was only here a week and stumbled on this gold mine on my way back from another town. I was so excited and couldn't wait to visit and start sampling all the menu items! Sadly, I had to wait a week for them to return from vacation! It was so worth the wait!

Ken and Erica (owners) are so welcoming, friendly, and informative about the nutritional values of the food they serve: prevent and reverse disease through healthy eating.
I'll be the first to tell you that healthy does not equal boring! Their food is so packed full of flavor! I have enjoyed every bite of deliciousness they've created, and am looking forward to my next visit and next meal with them!
Since I don't know in what order my pictures will be posted, I will just list what is pictured; Lentil and tofu Protein bowl, hamburger and fries, BBQ Jackfruit Tacos, Crispy Chick'n Sandwich, Jerk Jackfruit with rice and beans, and cabbage medley, carob brownie delight, BBQ Tofu with Brown Rice and Broccoli w/ Sesame Drizzle. All mouth-watering, delicious and amazing.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a plantbased restaurant in this area. It was a joy meeting and talking with the owners. This family run restaurant offered wonderful options, including gluten-free options for many selections. We got the jackfruit tacos and Alfredo pasta with smoked kale, both made gluten free. Both were incredibly delicious. Price point was good as well. This place is a must try! 🙌🏼 🙌🏿
