The pho just wasn't that great (cash only place)

I don't know if it was a bad day or something but the pho broth just didn't really taste of anything.
It was a nice big bowl and the gyoza were good, but I wouldn't really recommend it since none of the mains seemed that nice.
Also it's cash-only which is not very convenient and very unusual...

Best vegan pho

It’s not always open, but when you can grab a table the food is delicious. The pho is fantastic, and it’s a lovely atmosphere.

Authentic and delicious Vietnamese food

Had a lovely experience at The Viet Kitchen after wanting to go for a long time - they are only open Thursday - Saturday in the evenings. I ordered the noodle bowl which came with loads of tofu, veggies, rice noodles and spring rolls along with a choice of sauces: satay, nuoc cham, and chilli and soy.The waitress helpfully advised me not to get the nuoc cham dressing as it contains fish sauce.

We also ordered the mini spring rolls and tofu satay bao buns to share and they were so good! Lovely crispy spring rolls and fluffy, loaded bao buns! I would really recommend coming here and will be back to try the curry and the pho.

The restaurant is quite small and I would recommend booking as it was constantly packed! Cash only too😄

We paid £40 for 2 mains, 2 sides, 2 beers so for me, it’s a good value restaurant for Bristol

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Varied dishes

Cons: A bit cramped
