Serves meat, vegan options available. Country pub with a separate vegan menu on request featuring starters, mains and dessert. Both meat alternatives and vegan cheeses are used, as well as vegan condiments. Dishes include a vegan quorn chicken "cheese" burger and a vegan quorn ham & cheese crown. Vegan mayo and salad cream are available. Also has several vegan desserts including cake and vegan ice cream. Open Mon-Sat 12:00-23:00, Sun 12:00-22:00.

Separate vegan menu with plenty of options

We stopped by here on a hike in February, and it turned out they had a separate vegan menu with lots of choices.
We had a vegan cheese and ham crown, and a vegan chicken cheese burger, both of which were delicious. They also had vegan condiments (mayo, salad cream and so on), as well as a couple of desserts.
It wasn't clear from the menu online that we would be this well catered for, so it turned out to be a lovely surprise. They also have quite a large beer garden that would no doubt be nice in the summer.
