Incredible vegan option

Finding vegan options with food trucks is never easy. This food truck not only had an incredible vegan patty melt (Chao cheese, vegan aioli, sautéed mushrooms) BUT they had an entirely separate cookspace!

Pros: Separate vegan cookspace, Knowledgeable cooks, BIPOC owned
