A Top-Step Worthy Performance - Edit
Simple, easy elegance was the hallmark of this quality establishment. With a comfortable, classy, light-filled dining space, charming staff, and an impressive spread of delectable offerings, there was little, if anything, to dislike. Indeed, there was plenty to adore, especially when it came to the food.
Read moreHaving had more than my fair share of buffets in the city, it now takes a considerable level of quality to make somewhere worthy of praise and ultimately the effort of reviewing, so the fact that this place has made the cut should already give you an indication of its standard.
From the superbly fresh and flavourful cold dishes, such as the barley and the couscous, to the perfectly spiced aloo gobi and the umami-rich fried rice, all that I had displayed a significant level of finesse, care and attention.
Though it faces stiff competition, this is definitely a restaurant that I will return to; the overall ambience coupled with the high-calibre cuisine is a combination that is hard to resist.
