Just ok - Edit
Went with some non-vegan friends who loved it. The vegan pie was a chocolate hazelnut with a gluten free crust. It was good but nothing to write home about. We also tried a vegan savoury pie (Moroccan chickpea) which was also just ok. Nothing special. Glad they at least had options so I could tag along with friends.

Read moreI had the mushroom pie which was very yummy though the crust was maybe a bit dry. Would be nice if they could add vegan gravy.
Would be 4 stars if they could add a few more vegan options.

The Pie Hole does vegan - Edit
I've had two different savory pies here at two different times. Both were delicious. Moroccan and Thai vegan filling stuffed into a flaky, tender pie crust and heated up in a real oven (not a microwave). Staff, who are friendly and attentive (and 2 vegans when I visited), said they always have one sweet and one savory vegan pie every day. Great place for vegans and non-vegans to get together - something for everyone.
