Usually only a couple vegan options to choose from - one ice cream and one sorbet. The vegan sundae is probably the best value. They load it up with roasted hazelnuts, berry coulis, and vegan chocolate sauce.
Loved Rain or Shine on the legendary hot days this week in Vancouver. They had three vegan flavors and all were well labeled on the menu. The gluten-free waffle cone is also Ⓥ. So is the sugar cone. The staff totally knew what they were talking about when I invariably asked for confirmation that what I was ordering was Ⓥ (you can never be too careful:). They hand make all their ice creams and it shows. They know what’s in them and the ice cream is so well balanced. Creamy and natural flavorings and not too sweet - LOVED IT!
I was just accidentally wandering in the neighbourhood and saw a long queque of people lining up for ice-cream, so I decided to give it a try. They had 3 vegan flavours (1 permanent and 2 seasonal), all made of coconut milk. I tried Salted Fudge and Mocha. Portion was decent for the price paid, and I appreciated it was home-made. Taste was average (I preferred the Salted Fudge), not the best ice-cream I had in my life, but also not the worst.

Limited vegan flavours - Edit
Typically 2 vegan flavours. They're not bad, but they're sometimes a little more ice and a little less cream than I care for.
