Surprise find - Edit
We were passing by and dropped in by chance. A few vegan options and clearly labelled vegan beers - which is quite unusual. Service was excellent. There was a delay on mains but, even though we hadn’t complained, they gave us a significant discount off the bill. One of the starters was disappointingly small but mains were ample. Views out the front are excellent. Forgot to photograph the mains.

Not loads of vegan choices but what there is is lovely and nice restaurant area. Not badly priced for what you get

This chain pub is out of Sheffield on the road towards Baslow and the peak district, lots of nice walking around the area. They have actual choice for vegans including pie, curry and several desserts. When we went they had an amazing special of roasted celeriac on a salad of lots of grains, edame beans and pomegranate seeds - proper healthy yummy plant based food!
