Possibly the best meal I’ve ever had - Edit
Everything I ate made me curious and want to have more. The food was plated beautifully and was clearly made with care. Definitely get the vegan beef tartar - it’s out of this world.

Ich kann das Restaurant sehr empfehlen. Die Speisen sind wirklich lecker und mit liebe zubereitet und serviert. Ein wunderschönes Ambiente. Für meinen Geschmack waren die spinatknödel etwas zu salzig. Das Tiramisu ist sehr lecker, aber nicht zu vergleichen mit dem klassische. Insgesamt ist die Auswahl an Gerichten etwas beschränkt. Aber alles ist vegan, was ja wohl ein fetter Pluspunkt. Jedoch rate ich sehr von dem Frühstück ab. Dieses ist absolut minimalistisch für einen doch stattlichen Preis. Das Frühstück besteht überwiegend aus Brot 🍞 und Belag mit etwas Müsli zur Ergänzung. Da hâtte ich mir doch etwas mehr erhofft, z.b. tofuscrumble oder vegane Pancakes 🥞

The food was good, but not exceptional. I think it's worth a visit if you're a vegan traveling in Salzburg. The decor and atmosphere are cute. But some of the dishes were very salty and the ingredients didn't feel cohesive. The homemade truffle pasta was worth coming back for though.

Had a wonderful dinner here. Fully vegan and could choose everything. The tartar was ok, the knodel were great and authentic, and the chocolate cake dessert was ok. Still five stars for being fully vegan and the overall impression of the food was very good.

Safe Haven for vegans in Salzburg - Edit
Since I travel here frequently, I am so glad to have found a place where I can enjoy a worry free meal. Salzburg and Austria in general is not a very vegan friendly place, hence whenever I am here I always make sure to pay a visit.

Read moreDas Restaurant ist nicht besonders groß, daher würde ich empfehlen einen Tisch zu reservieren.
Sie bieten viele österreichische Klassiker in vegan an.
Die Spinatknödel waren der Hammer!
Der "like chicken" Burger war auch gut.
Das Tatar, hat nicht nach Fleisch geschmeckt, es war eher süßlich, aber wirklich sehr gut.
Die Toilettensituation ist eher schwierig.
Wir kommen allein für das Restaurant wieder nach Salzburg.

This is a nice place if you want to have vegan Austrian food. However if you’re not into replacement products this is probably not the right place for you because they feature quite a lot. I don’t mind as long as it’s done well which it was (had the vegan Schnitzel). Somehow a “wow” factor was missing though which is why I’m giving 5 stars, but I would still recommend.

The restaurant is pretty with all the lamps. The food was not as good as I thought. But if you stay at the Keep eco rooms, it's a okay option.

Read moreWe tried the appetizer plate and the vegan beef tartar, for main dish I had the spinach knödel. It came with a creamy and rich mushroom sauce. We also had basmati rice tofu sweet sour.
Both were very tasty!
They also offer a vegan breakfast buffet so I'll come back for that 🥰

das Frühstück war leider nicht komplett vegan, wie ich eigentlich dachte. Zahlreiche vegetarische Speisen zwischen den veganen. Leider war auch die Kennzeichnung nicht wirklich gut und daher verwirrend. Aufstriche zum Teil vegetarisch und ich glaube es war auch Käse am Buffet.

Das hausgemachte Kürbisrisotto war ausgezeichnet, die Gemüsebeilage gut gemeint aber nicht sehr geschmackvoll. Den the garden kitchen burger können wir weiterempfehlen, die Thymiankartoffeln als Beilage hätten Salz vertragen. Die “hausgemachte” Beerenlimonade hat leider nach Skiwasser (also künstlicher Himbeere) geschmeckt.

Enjoyed a nice dinner here, relaxed atmosphere and vegan menus with many options. Tea could have been served in nicer cups. My friend enjoyed the spinach dumplings. Desert was great. Cappuccino somewhat small.
