Creative vegan chef!

This neighborhood restaurant has a couple of vegan options listed. The executive chef, Helen Mora, was previously vegan and is willing to make custom, creative dishes to accommodate dietary requests. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience in Nashville at a non-vegan restaurant.

Pros: Good quality food, Friendly service, Vegan-accomodating chef
