Saw this place on a cycling ride last week. Came back this morning. Great local Vietnamese vegetarian restaurant. Plenty of vegan options. They use eggs in some dishes and dairy in some drinks. Be careful my fellow vegans. Run by a Vietnamese vegetarian couple. Friendly people. They have a great com chay selection and plenty of freshly cooked dishes. No English spoken and no menu in English. Seating inside and out. My take away vegan com chay was 25.000 Dong.
