It's extremely affordable too, to put it lightly. I highly recommend this spot both for the food and also the lady running it. She's very kind.

Yummy pho - Edit
Came here the last two mornings for my breakfast pho. Very tasty, 20vnd. Staff are smiley and friendly but no English spoken. There is a small menu in Vietnamese. Basically they sell noodle soups and a typical rice + veg + mock meats buffet.
