
Cooking classes easily able to fully accommodate a vegan meal. About a dozen courses are made during the class, all of which can easily be made vegan, from appetizers to soups to curries to stir fries to desserts. Tofu is used as the protein in most dishes made vegan. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-10:00pm.

Our favorite experience in Chiang Mai! - Edit
We had a great time at our cooking class. Jasmine, our teacher/chef, was excellent and very knowledgeable. The market tour was interesting, the kitchen itself is very cool, and everything we cooked was delicious. Would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting the area—and it is perfect for being immediately and easily able to accommodate vegans with no questions asked! (Basically you will use soy sauce instead of fish sauce, tofu as your protein, and not add egg to anything.)
