Fab garlic Parmesan burger! - Edit
Yum! The garlic Parmesan burger was dripping and delicious. Temple cheese was good too and I’d love to try more stuff. Wish I lived closer but maybe it’s good I don’t! Friendly server who came to encourage us to order on the machine ourselves. It was very quiet too in the shop.

Amazing Food - Edit
We had the chicken strips, Mac & cheese, potato tots, fries and strawberry milkshake and it was all 10/10. Super affordable especially for London. The staff were super friendly and the food came out very fresh and hot and very quickly.

Super fried chicken style vegan place - Edit
Temple of Seitan does a variety of chick*n options, similar to what you might find in KFC. The menu includes burgers, strips and popcorn chicken (alongside some wraps and other items). Since Vurger closed and neat burger changed it's menu, temple of Seitan is probably the best place to go if you want a quick, all vegan, bite with no frills.

Worth the Hype - Edit
We have had a bit of vegan junk food on our travels, but this definitely tops the list. After seeing the wings featured on the Hot Ones shows with veg guests, we became a bit obsessed with needing to visit this spot, and I was nervous it was going to be underwhelming. No worries, because everything was amazing! The tenders had the perfect consistency, and both BBQ and buffalo sauces were perfect. The Mac and cheese had great texture and flavor, tots with cheese sauce was spot on, and the animal fries had the perfect makings of chili fries. Oh, and the biscoff shake was AMAZING. We were absolutely stuffed, but loved the entire meal! It is a touch pricey for fast food, but we were happy to support a fully vegan London staple.

Worth a visit! - Edit
I had been following Temple of Seitan on social media for years, wanting to go there if I ever had the opportunity, so when my fiancé and I planned a vacation in London we absolutely had to try it.

We had the Nashville hot sandwich with fries, the Nashville hot wings and animal snack pack fries, and it was by far the best vegan chicken we've ever had. Absolutely delicious!

Yummy vegan junk food with an awesome vibe - Edit
The food here was super yummy! I had the Temple Burger (which had a seitan chicken tender, vegan bacon, lettuce and vegan mayo) as a meal with regular fries and a large strawberry cheesecake milkshake. The food was super tasty, with the seitan being so good. AND THE MILKSHAKE WAS DIVINE, sooo thick, sweet and creamy 🤤 I absolutely ADORED the vibe, with the American diner x grunge decor and the grunge/heavy rock music that was playing. There were heaps of options too, and its awesome that its all vegan! The only downside is that the meal was a little pricey, considering its for fast food; £18.20 total for a burger (£8.75), fries (£3) and a large milkshake with whipped cream (£5.95 and £0.50 for the vegan cream). But it was really delicious and I enjoyed it so I personally think it was worth it ☺️

Definitely not a health food, but if you're into it then guess it's good enough. Personal choice.

Not living up to the high expectations - Edit
Honestly, we heard so many good things in advance and got a little bit disappointed when finally visiting. We got the chicken wings and somehow the shape was off and the taste was grainy. But the texture was great.

Wasn’t really impressed - Edit
I was looking forward to trying the food from here since walking past it a few times in Camden.
Read moreI ordered a sweet chill wrap meal with a vanilla milkshake and my boyfriend had a cheeseburger meal.
The sweet chilli wrap looked like I could’ve made it at home. It was poorly wrapped with one chickn tender in it and no salad. It was pretty flavourless and definitely not the worth the price. The chips were a good size and tasted okay. The vanilla milkshake was ridiculously small. It was smaller than a kids drink at Mcdonalds, which I didn’t expect when I had to pay extra on top of the regular meal price. I’d assume it would be regular size.
My boyfriend said he enjoyed the burger which looked a decent size and said it was filling.
I won’t be returning as it wasn’t worth the money at all.
We paid £25 for two meals.
Pros: Big menu
Cons: Overpriced, Small portions, Not good value for money

Decent junk food and not too expensive either - Edit
Temple of Seitan was pretty good. I really enjoyed the creamy mac n cheese. The texture of the seitan was quite good but I would have liked the spicy burger with more kick.

It's pretty good - Edit
We liked it. Service was pretty good. We thought we'd stay 'original' and tried the Temple Wings. They're pretty nice. The coating is spot on, but perhaps the seitan could be a little firmer. Just our preference. The fries are amazing.

0 stars - made us unwell - Edit
My partner and I travelled 60 miles to Temple of Seitan, particularly excited to try the tater tots and milkshakes now that Neat Burger has removed them from their menu. First disappointment was that there were no tater tots or milkshakes available even though they are widely advertised. Whilst disappointed that we had travelled all that way, we ordered a burger, wrap and some popcorn chicken with gravy to share.
Read moreWe have never eaten something so tasteless and insipid in our lives. Honestly, we are not fussy and love supporting vegan restaurants but the food here was just purely gross. There was no flavour to the popcorn chicken and the gravy was practically water. To make it worse, the ketchup bottles provided on SOME tables were empty.
The whole restaurant was just dirty and unwelcoming - it was like a shack cafe. The staff were not friendly and the vibe was just not there.
The final straw was that after our meal, my partner and I started to feel very unwell. The pain in my stomach was unbearable and ruined our night. Would never eat here again.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Gross food, Gross establishment, Makes you unwell

Hit the Spot!! - Edit
Another spot that opened up after I moved out of London. Had a spicy chik’n sandwich & added a slab of “bacon” to it & that was really nice. Side of tots w/ creamy cheese sauce to dip into. Washed it all down with a lovely rhubarb soda. Will try & come back!!

Just one word: WOW!!!!!!!!!! - Edit
I met a friend and her daughter there today as they were having a late lunch, but it was too early in the day for me to eat (I normally only eat once a day, in the evening) so I ordered a humongous takeout while we were still there and had dinner at home with my husband.

good! - Edit
I tried the classic wings & temple tots. Classic Wings was a huge portion. Super tasty but a little dry after a while. Maybe bbq glazed would have been the better option for me but I read that makes them soggy and the crunch was what’s actually really nice about them!

Hail Seiten - Edit
We were both really excited to try Hail Seiten, as vegan KFC substitutes are lacking. The chips and gravy were amazing. The wings were also really good and we would buy them again, but they can still be improved.

Tasty fast food - Edit
I was finally able to try Temple of Seitan! Hurrah. Food was good, some of the best of that type I've tried although I haven't had the meat equivalent so I'm not sure how good a judge I am, but the crispy coating was flavourful, crisp and not greasy. I had wings with chips and macaroni cheese which was creamy and smokey. I had hoped I'd be hungry enough to try a burger before leaving the area but alas I was still full. Next time!
Read moreAlso I'm glad I don't live close by, having Temple of Seitan and Purezza right on the doorstep would be far too tempting.
