Having read enthusiastic comments from my friend Erik and VeganEatsStockholm, I was very keen to try this place. I knew it was a junk food type of joint, but I couldn't anticipate I would be required to order from a machine.. especially when there were barely any other customers! Staff helped me place my order, which frankly, I could have easily done myself. I just think it's far nicer and more personal to talk to a human being, especially if I've never tried the stuff and could use some advice. Another member of the team came out after a while and asked how I liked my meal. "It's all right", I replied grumpily. He appeared to listen and understand my distaste for both hi-tech and throwaway packaging, but if they'll ever reconsider these decisions.. remains to be seen.

This has always been on my bucket list of places to try in London. However, it was not as good as I had hoped. I got the two pieces meal, which I expected to be like chikn fingers, but they were more like breasts. There wasnβt much breading (the best part) and it kept falling off. The texture was not great either. I read another review that said they use a mix of seitan and tofu which might explain it. I also got the Mac and cheese which was just okay. If you go, youβre probably better off ordering the wings (which I assume are thinner) or the popcorn chicken. Pretty bare bones and remote ordering.

Iβve been wanting to visit Temple of Seitan for a while now. We ordered two Temple Burgers and two wings with garlic mayo. The food was good, but we were not blown away, unfortunately. I tried their βseitanβ before, a co-creation with Tofoo Co., so it made sense that it was combination of tofu and seitan, but I thought that what youβd get at the restaurant was 100% seitan, so I was surprised when I noticed that the wings had the same texture as the one sold in stores, which was quite disappointing.

Finally managed to visit this branch with my omni son who was very impressed. I really enjoyed the chicken and waffle which is not a dish you see very often. My son really enjoyed his BBQ burger. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly.

Visited with my omni daughter. Lots of choice. Liked the vibe. Food was freshly prepared and very hot. Garlic and Parmesan wings were good as were the tater tots. Someone else ordered the loaded fries and they looked amazing when they went past!

Iβd wanted to visit here for a long time as itβs one of the original vegan fried chicken places. We just got a little portion of strips and chips. The crispy batter on the strips was good although needed more flavour (and the dip wasnβt that good to make up for it), and I wasnβt a fan of the chicken inside, I found the texture too soft and not very meaty. I feel like Iβve had a lot better elsewhere unfortunately. Also I found the chips to be too salty.

Personally don't recommend the cheese sauce but the gravy reminds me of KFC gravy from when I was a kid. Cookies are amazing, the original is my favourite, very much like a cookie dough, even the day after but recommend having them warm.

Tasty food, the 'wings' are great with the garlic parmesan and buffalo hot sauce, good sized portions you won't leave hungry, the only detractor is the restaurant itself; it's cold, really cold had to sit with coats on, so we rushed eating so we could leave. Will definitely return when they fix the heating, Come for the food but maybe just takeaway.

Unfortunately, I hate saying this, but this might be my favorite vegan restaurant crawl establishment in London. Please donβt tell anybody, but it was freaking delicious. Very friendly and a very clean facility. Place your order yourself at the front and they will bring it to you. Restrooms were clean, and they had Wi-Fi available. Be careful, you become addicted to the following of the seitan.οΏΌοΏΌ

If you want well tasty, unhealthy vegan grub then this is the place to go. Never, ever disappoints. This is our third visit and wonβt be the last. We got the Temple Burger and Deluxe Temple Burger, with fries (some of the best fries weβve eaten) and Garlic Parmesan Chicken wings. Good selection of drinks and the dips are tasty.
