Todos os pratos muito saborosos. Pedimos o katsu sando, eryngui e linguini pra duas pessoas. Foi o suficiente, o linguini sendo de longe o com mais comida. Bolo de coco brulee também destaque da noite, muito gostoso. Não fomos muito fãs das bebidas, limonada suíça (que de suíça não tinha quase nada) e margarita de coentro ou do trio de sobremesas que não compensa o preço (paçoca sendo a pior, bem seca e deixando gosto ruim na boca).

My favorite vegan restaurant in Sao Paulo - Edit
This place turned to be my favorite vegan place in Sao Paulo. Everything looks amazing and tastes even better. The menu is perfect to order multiple dishes and share. I love the modern ambiance, the clean look of the place, comfortable and sophisticated. Make sure to order the kombucha made with local flavors (such Brazilian grapes - jaboticaba, passion fruit, cashews, etc), their drinks, and make sure to make room for their desserts.

A proposta é ter pequenas e poucas opções para que o cliente possa compartilhar e experimentar um pouco de tudo privilegiando os vegetais sazonais explorando as texturas e sabores. As porções são boas, a apresentação dos pratos bonita e a comida muito saborosa.

A fancy gastronomic experience - Edit
Tau is one of a kind! Yes, the portions are small, and the prices are not. But the menu is very original, with ingredients and combinations I've never seen before. Dishes are meant for sharing, so we tried two different ones and then got a dessert for each. Everything was really delicious and unique! I would go back to try the rest of the menu. It's an amazing place to go for special occasions.

Fui no dia do meu aniversário e estava muito empolgada pois o restaurante prometia uma experiência gastronômica única. Ao pedir a entrada veio exatos 4 bolinhos de lentilha com dois tipos de tahine (e o que diferenciava um do outro era a pimenta (?)). Essa entrada custou R$49,00 se não me engano. Com relação ao gosto, não achei nada demais. Achei que não compensava, não terminei a refeição e fui para outro restaurante de comida autoral verdadeiramente surpreendente, com porções bem servidas e preços semelhantes, ou até mais barato.

Highly recommend visiting for a special dinner. Keep in mind that the portions are more on the smaller end so a bigger lunch beforehand is a good idea.
