Not Much More Than Al Pastor - Edit
The Vegan Al Pastor Taco included soy curls, shredded cabbage, pickled onions, and cilantro on a corn tortilla served with a lime wedge. I enjoyed it, but would appreciate more vegan options that weren't just a variation of the same ingredients.
