Fun Sushi Options - Edit
Nice to have some fun options over just avocado rolls! I can second the lemongrass tofu and caterpillar roll recommendations, they were both great.

I love places that serve actual fun, complex and interesting vegan rolls! Sushi menu is labeled with the whole back side as vegan options. You can’t go wrong!

Fresh, fun sushi rolls - Edit
This place has a lot of both basic and fun vegan sushi flavors that were fresh and tasty. I especially liked the lemongrass tofu roll and the shiitake mushrooms and mango sauce on the April Special roll.

You love veggies, rice and seaweed, so you go to this sushi restaurant and are happy. That’s it!
Read moreThey have well over a dozen vegan sushi rolls that will make your taste buds tap dance and tango. So good, so goooood! I’ve tried at least half the vegan sushi, but there’s still more to try. There’s the simple avocado or cucumber roll or the more exciting mixtures like the Amazon or April. Some of the items are so delicious you might want to order two!
They have ingredients like kimchi and radish sprout and oshinko and shiitake mushrooms and fried sweet potato and Imari. You will be very happy!
Love this place so much!
