All vegan restaurant in the city! - Edit
As others have said, amazing affordable & all vegan options right in the middle of the CBD. Explored the city for the day & we were happy to find a reasonably priced vegan option. Their menu is huge, service was quick & our food was delicious. We shared the sesame pancakes & fried noodles with “chicken.” Absolutely no complaints! Although it would be difficult to find without proper directions, as it’s tucked away off of the street

100% vegan Thai restaurant in the CBD - Edit
One of my favourite meals in Auckland! The menu is huge and totally vegan. They also don't cook with onion or garlic, which is great for those with food intolerances. I believe they also mentioned GF options too. The peanut chicken with rice was lovely and so was the pad Thai. Great service and not too expensive either!

Best Vegan Meat Ever! - Edit
This is a nice relaxed Thai cafe, which if you didn’t look for, you’d probably walk past without noticing, but they serve the best vegan meat I have ever tasted! The menu describes everything at chicken, beef etc. but they’re all vegan substitutes. Great selection available and incredibly cheap for Auckland. I would recommend the spicy crispy chicken and crispy soya duck.

Incredible vegan Thai cuisine - Edit
Such a diverse selection on their menu ranging from traditional to more comforting meals, lots of mock meats which are interesting to give a go! I tried vegan duck here for the first time and was certainly not disappointed!

Good tasting but nothing exceptional - Edit
This place offers a lot of fake meat options for Thai and Chinese style dishes. The crispy chicken option seems to somewhat resemble the texture but a lot of their other dishes are just various different tofu options which do not try to imitate the texture. This is not necessarily a bad thing, just know what you're getting. The food tastes good but I would say it's nothing exceptional. Service is good.

Great to support local vegan places - Edit
Lots of options. Flavours are clean and the soups come hot which is fantastic. Ordered the noodle soup and fried rice and both were really good. It’s a simple Asian restaurant. Nothing out of the ordinary but still really good.

Tasty, all vegan, nice staff - Edit
Good selection of vegan options for a decent price. Took a while for our food to come but when it did it was hot and tasted nice. Staff are very friendly and let us nip out to an ATM when our card wouldn’t work with their machine

Decent, but had better food - Edit
Food was alright, but pricy. Paid 32,50 NZD for dumplings, stir fry, and rice. Loved the food at Vegan for Longevity & Health way more!

Good but not great - Edit
A little hard to find but they serve some decent food. We were visiting from Australia and needed some vegan food after our flight and long day exploring. We ordered four dishes:
Read moreMoney bags entree: Peanuts and something else wrapped in a dumpling wrapper then deep fried, served with sweet dipping sauce. Not particularly interesting or tasty, just a crunch with a soft filling. It was too sweet with the dipping sauce and too dry without it.
Sesame pancakes entree: basically a roti. Flaky pastry with a mild sesame flavour. I didn't really enjoy it but my partner loved it.
Noodles with sour and spicy soup: a huge bowl of noodles in a spicy and oily soup. Make sure you are hungry if you order this! Not much vegetables in it but the flavour was decent.
Soy duck with rice and veg: really nice faux duck, very sticky and moist, strong flavour and nice texture.
Overall we left very full and I wasn't disappointed with the food, but I wish we'd ordered more vegetable dishes as I felt quite heavy from all the starch and gluten. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things.
Oh yeah we also got the smoked plum tea... That was disgusting. Must be an acquired taste.

Great place - Edit
Cheap Thai place that’s all meat-free but with plenty of fake meat options if that’s your thing. I really enjoyed the mock duck and the spring rolls were good but the dip wasn’t so good and lacked any spice.

Best value dinner in Auckland!! - Edit
I went here with a friend and we ordered the red bean pancake, 10 piece dumplings, crispy ‘chicken’ & tofu pad Thai. Everything was delicious, good portions, the service was fast and the price was very reasonable. This would be more first choice for a healthier, delicious, affordable mea in the city!

Flavorful - Edit
It’s the best feeling to be in an all vegan restaurant. You can choose anything on the menu! We had noodle soup and a stir fried dish. Both are amazing! By the way, nearly every dish contains fake meat - I have no problem with them, just want to add this for those who are not big fan of meat substitutes.
