Incredible find. We went twice. - Edit
Took a bit to find because it is down an alley that doesn’t quite match google maps. But wow what a find. Best matcha I’ve ever had, I’ve cream is incredible, and the owner is delightful. We made a special trip back to this very busy tourist area just for more! Don’t miss out.

Excellent hojicha latte and mochis - Edit
I really enjoyed the dumplings and teas. The matcha ones were great but the hojicha were just excellent! I also bought their packed tea to remember that taste from home.

Delightful gelato and daifuku - Edit
We tried the daifuku, as well as the 6% matcha gelato. You can get the matcha gelato at 4%, 6% and 8% matcha content. They also have other fruit gelato creations, which they gave us a taste test of, as well as a green tea taste test. All of the gelato is rice-based.
Read moreThe 6% matcha gelato was amazing. It was sweet and slightly bitter and grassy. But in a good way. The color was amazing.
The daifku was also amazing. There are 2 daifuku's on a stick. One was with matcha powder, one with chocolate powder. It had a two layer filling. The outer layer was a bean paste mixed with the matching powder. The inner core was kinda like a vanilla pudding. Creamy and sweet.
Both of the products were delightful.
We paid 800¥ for the gelato(no tax) and 650¥ (no tax) for the daifuku. Total 1566¥ (after tax).
I would highly recommend it when visiting the fushimi-inari shrine. You can find this dessert shop near the fushimi-inari station.
Pros: choice, quality
Cons: slightly pricey

Get two! - Edit
I don't eat ice cream or gelato very often. However, I was very close by and wanted to give this place a try. It was fantastic. Nice balance of slightly sour and not overly sweet. Very lovely flavor. I nearly went back and got another one!

Don’t miss this !! Vegan daifuku!!! - Edit
Incredible tea and sweets shop! They sell green tea and hojicha (hot or iced) and they also use rice malt milk to make delicious hojicha and matcha lattes (hot or iced). They have rice malt milk based gelato as well as well as daifuku (mochi filled with rice malt milk cream) covered in matcha or hojicha powder. We tried the 6% and 8% matcha gelato and found both incredible but preferred the 6%. They also have 4% but we didn’t try it. The daifuku is INCREDIBLE - we went back for seconds the next day - and the hojicha latte we tried was also great. Owners are extremely kind and friendly and take pride in their work. They speak minimal English but we were able to communicate fine! Be aware of Google maps directions because they will take you to the wrong side of the building as of May 1 2025.

Amazing place - don't miss it at Thousand Torii! - Edit
All vegan, refreshing, delicious and unique! Dumplings can be hot or cold, as are the beverages. The gelatos are water based and all with unique flavours, you can only have them here! All really tasty! Don't miss it when visiting the Thousand Torii! The staff is super friendly and gave us samples of some flavours and also rice malt milk, which is really delicious pure (so hard in comparison with other plant milks). Simply go there! Highly recommended!

Amazing!! - Edit
The people were so nice! The shop is all vegan which is quite a unique experience here in Japan.
Read moreFor drinks we had a cold Matcha latte and a hot Hojicha latte. The rice malt milk that they use works amazing with the tea, it was truly delicious!!
We also had the cream Daifuku. They are super soft and powdery on the outside and creamy and sweet on the outside, really really tasteful :)
The little terrace is perfect to rest your legs after climbing mt. Inari.
Bonus: The owner let us taste multiple icecreamflavours! Personally, I liked the 6% Matcha the most. My boyfriend favored the 4% Matcha.
He even offered us an icecreamcone for free when we left! So nice :)

Finally, some vegan food at fushimi inari! The creme daifuku were awesome! It's so hard to find them in a vegan version.

The matcha was so rich in flavour.
I love that they use locally sourced ingredients like the tea leaves and rice milk for the drinks.

Wonderful place for a sweet treat - Edit
The people here are super friendly, speak great English, and are fully vegan--they even have a certificate verifying it! We loved the daifuku mochi and the matcha latte was one of the best I have had in Japan. Would highly recommend it! They gave us samples of the ice cream and it was also fantastic! They have outdoor seating and are tucked away a little, but Google Maps will take you there.

Just opened! Amazing ice creams, daifuku and lattes! - Edit
Offers some huge vegan-cream daifuku dumplings, ice creams and teas/lattes.
Read moreEverything's vegan! Even the gelato cones.
They use very high quality Hiyoshi tea—said to be Japan’s oldest. Lattes are made with rice malt milk. The toasty tea flavor and gentle sweetness go so well together.
The daifuku is big and super tasty.
The shop's a little hard to find, so check the photos!
Pros: All vegan, including ice cream cones, Very unique vegan-cream daifuku, High-quality teas perfectly match their koji milk
Cons: The place is a bit hard to find (see pictures)
