Unleashed in the east!!! - Edit
Have you ever wished there was a place that made a bunch of Eastern European delicacies vegan?! THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Multiple varieties of vegan pierogis, a dish with a huge beyond sausage served over a bed of spaghetti squash, pesto, tomato sauce, fried garbanzo pierogis, and fried vegan cheese!!! A “fish and chips” vegan crabby pierogi and fries dish with warm sauerkraut and tartar! And we got to try a vegan version of the famed Canadian Caesar drink (clam juice Bloody Mary- the Buddhist Caesar is mercifully cruelty-free and delicious). We WILL BE BACK.

My FAVOURITE restaurant - Edit
I think I've eaten every vegetarian item on the menu. My fav is Nah-Bros (like nachos, but the chips are pierogies) 🤤. Also love to come here with my vegan friends! Plenty of legit delicious vegan options on the menu (just remember to ask for your pierogies to be cooked in oil, not animal fat!) Also - vegan poutine?!? What?! (And the "cheese" isn't weird!)

Cons: Service can be slow (but worth the wait!)

Pierogis as they should be! - Edit
Indeed, some detail would be helpful; otherwise, just a nasty and pointless "review" by zouheir11.
Read moreHappily, I had tried and liked this place before reading his off-putting comment. In fact, it's one of my family's faves! No accounting for taste, eh?
Not sure what he was expecting, but it does say Pierogi in the name. Maybe that's a hint that the menu is somewhat limited, but there are plenty of salads and extras to round things out. Do you complain when you go to a nice cream parlour that only serves nice cream?
Staff are friendly and helpful; atmosphere is casual and fun.

Pros: Excellent drinks menu., Pierogis done to perfection, as you would expect.
Cons: Menu could be broadened, but why??

Epic food, even better music/ambiance - Edit
I grew up looking forward to moms pierogi night, this is one of the few places that offers pierogis I’ve come across and it brings back memories. Top that with a decent punk rock atmosphere and you have the ingredients for an epic night.

Quite Different - Edit
I ordered the two types of vegan Pierogies available, the mushroom risotto (Truffle Kerfufle) and vegan kimchi (Uncle Roger) with fries and miso mushroom gravy and a side of veg.
Read moreQuite different. Both very tasty, with Uncle Roger being spices. I had to check back on the ingredients because neither had potato...the traditional type of pierogi
They were good, and I am sure they would be better if eaten at the restaurant rather than at home.
Would be nice if there was at least one vegan potato one but I hear that they could work with you at the restaurant....something not possible with online delivery.
Also to note, not all the posted menu items are available for delivery.
