Read moreWir waren im Jänner 2024 im Stuwer und es war ok. Es ist ein Wiener Beisl mit (wenigen) veganen Optionen. Wenn man in der Gegend ist, kann man hingehen, aber extra hinfahren würde ich nicht.

Meat restaurant - Edit
I live next to it and look at the menu in passing. There is sometimes a vegan dish and sometimes not. Their whole concept is directed at different folk and walking past the garden I would never ask them for a vegan option, half expecting everyone to drop into deadly silence and then blurt the bullshit bingo. Being also very “we are so OMG high end service” they will probably try to make something for a brave vegan,. You can see I have a distorted perception from living there and the place being simply not worthy recommending to vegans. I just feel the entry here and pictures of old menus here need a counterweight.

I absolutely cannot understand this rating and comment. I've had dinner there several times, also several times vegan. It was always delicious. Plus, the staff is extremely friendly and professional. It certainly is not a cheap restaurant, but everything I've tried there so far was outstanding, and the same holds for the others in my party. The poster themselves say they've never actually tried it, so I'm a bit irritated why one would leave a review like this, based solely on prejudice.

Few but great vegan options - Edit
There is one vegan soup and one vegan main dish, but both is really enjoyable! A vegan dessert would be great for the future.
