Limited but delicious vegan options - Edit
Not a lot of vegan options, but they were well marked on the menu. I had the cauliflower tempura sushi and the grilled tofu, and both were excellent. I was especially happy that the main was tofu and very well seasoned and cooked tofu at that. Just missing a vegan dessert option! Overall, on the fancy and expensive side, but nice views, friendly service and no waiting.

The yoga tour group I was with had lunch set up for us here every day.. they hooked it up for me all week as the only vegan in the bunch with sushi, tacos, grilled tofu.. all kinds of good stuff! View was great and staff was very helpful.

The vegan options are limited, but they are clearly labelled on the menu. I tried the tofu dish, which was super tasty. Service was excellent, and there was a great view over the harbour and Eyjafjörður.
