Grazie alla guida vegana "Happy cow" siamo arrivati in questo grazioso ristorante di Ostia; ad accoglierci Roberto, che con gentilezza e passione ci ha introdotto alla filosofia del ristorante: qualità e ricercatezza dei prodotti.

Per assaggiare un po' di tutto abbiamo optato per un tris di antipasti, un primo (tagliatelle al ragù di nocciole e porcini) e un secondo (cordon bleau di melanzane con maionese ai funghi e stracchetto affumicato), quest'ultimo da segnalare per gusto e rotondità dei sapori.
Con due contorni, due calici di vino, due dolci, due caffè e una bottiglia di acqua il conto è stata la vera sorpresa: ci saremmo aspettati di spendere molto di più, vista la qualità generale dell'offerta.
Consigliatissimo.

Read moreThe staff was friendly, very welcoming and they did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. The waitress even used a translator to explain some of the dishes to my Spanish speaking parents!! ❤️
About the food: we ordered a plate of mix antipasti, tagliatelle bolognese style and the lasagna, and everything was amazing. We would have loved to try the desserts, but at the end, our stomachs were too full 😅

We travelled through half of Italy and this restaurant was the best of all! Ist was a big surprise! The starter, fried sage, and the Pasta were from another World. I had to order several main courses, because it was so delicious. The meals are worth way more than they charge. The stuf was also very friendly and created a wonderful evening for us. Totally reccomend.

Sono stato due volte in questo ristorante con il mio ragazzo ed entrambe le volte sono stato estremamente soddisfatto. Tra gli antipasti le bruschette sono eccezionali, sia quella gorgonzina, radicchio e fichi ma ancora di più quella con avocado e funghi che avevo provato la prima volta (merita di tornare nel menù!). Tra i primi sono eccellenti sia la lasagna che le tagliatelle ai funghi porcini. Tra i secondi buonissimi sia il tempeh che la grigliata. Ottima anche la cheesecake. Il locale è molto carino e il personale gentile e disponibile la prima volta, un po' meno l'ultima. Unico difetto le porzioni un po' piccole rispetto ai prezzi. Nel complesso comunque si tratta di un ristorante super consigliato

Abbiamo prenotato per il pranzo, era da un po' che volevamo provare questo interessante ristorante vegano situato in una parte centrale di Ostia.

Il menù è sufficientemente ampio ma non dispersivo, presenta una scelta interessante di antipasti, primi, secondi, contorni e dolci.
Lo stile dei cibi proposto dallo Chef è un mix tra ricercatezza di sapori nuovi e abbinamenti ben studiati e anche un richiamo ai più apprezzati sapori tradizionali, con un occhio attento ad una presentazione curata dei piatti.
Ci fidiamo del proprietario che ci consiglia antipasti misti, uno più sfizioso dell'altro. Anche se venivamo dalle mangiate abbondanti dei giorni di festa ci siamo spazzolati tutto: carciofi fritti alla paprika con deliziose salsine alla maionese vegan aromatica,
Una salvia fritta in pastella assolutamente da provare e una originale e gustosa bruschetta con avocado e funghi galletti.
Sempre su consiglio del padrone di casa prendiamo un vino Refosco biologico vegano dall'aroma particolare, che ben si abbina ai piatti proposti.
Per primo non poteva mancare la carbonara vegana che ci ha piacevolmente stupito per l'equilibrio dei sapori e l'originalità degli ingredienti.
I secondi piatti non sono stati da meno, la tagliata di tempeh grigliata ai carciofi con una squisita riduzione la consiglio vivamente, come la padellina di tempeh alla Terence Hill con crema di fagioli al sugo.
Per dolce abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la banana fritta al cioccolato . Buono anche il tiramisù proposto in una versione che ho trovato "leggera" ma comune golosa, più spumosa rispetto alla più classica versione cremosa.
Il servizio professionale ma al tempo stesso cordiale ha completato la piacevole esperienza in questo ristorante in cui sicuramente torneremo presto.

Ristorantino piccolo e nuovissimo sito a due passi dal lungomare di Ostia. Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto misto in due, salvia fritta, lasagna con asparagi e porcini e carbonara con zucca e porcini... Porzioni giuste e cucina veramente buona 😋😋😋😋😋
