Menu on website is labelled if you check the allergy listing. But beside that the drinks are not labelled vegan.

Work places with charging spots - Edit
Is like every other starbucks. A lot of vegan options but everything is expensive. They have free WiFi and an option to charge you devices. It is always very busy with people working, so not always possible to find a place. (Better when you come earlier in case you want to work on your computer)
