Several really good clearly labelled vegan options. Staff were friendly, service was quick and efficient, and takeout containers were sustainable and sturdy.

Fairly average Thai restaurant. Our food wasn't particularly good and have eaten better Thai food in London. I asked for vegan and had to fish out meat chunks from my green curry, which has been a feature of eating in Korea!

Disappointing food and very pricey. - Edit
I ordered the Thai green curry with rice, and yes, although it was a bit spicey, it tasted rather average considering the prices. I suppose living in London, I'm spoilt for choice when it comes to good Thai food, so I guess i had high expectations, which sadly, were not met. It's definitely not worth the money.

The vegan options are clearly labeled. They seem to often run out of a few options, but they have quite a variety of vegan options so it shouldn't be too much of a problem. We had the green curry, one stir fried dish with veggies and fake meat and one dish with mainly fake meat that came with separate rice and vegan mayo. Unfortunately, I can't recall the names. The first and second option tasted okay, the third was really crunchy and tasted very good, just a little more veggies would have been nice.

One of several Ssong Thai outlets. The Jeju branch is conveniently located within Jungmun Tourist Complex; great choice if you’re in Southern Jeju visiting Teddy Bear Museum, Yeomiji Botanical Garden, Cheonjeyeon Waterfalls, etc. Vegan options and customised veganisable options clearly labelled in the menu, with textured soy protein meat alternatives. (One of the few veg meals I had that actually took protein into consideration!)

I got the green curry which was very flavorful and filling. Definitely a place catered towards couples/ the lighting was super dim. Right next to the teddy bear museum (which was also super cool).

I've been to the Ssong Thai in Itaewon before and really enjoyed it, so was excited to eat here. I remember the portions being big, so when we went in for lunch, we tried to order 3 dishes for our group of 6 (we wanted a smaller lunch) but the waiter told us that we were supposed to order one dish per person. We ended up being able to order by just adding one more dish, which was still expensive (dish prices ranged from 15000-25000₩), but enough food for all of us to feel full. We also had to change our menu plan because they were already sold out of the green curry by 1pm when we arrived.
Read moreNegatives aside tho, the food was delicious! We particularly liked the fake fried chicken, it came in a really nice sauce and was perfectly crunchy. And it was easy to pick what we wanted because everything was super clearly labeled!
