Good vegan Chinese under the "L"

Friendly owner. Quiet spot (even though it's under the "L" tracks). Decent, tasty vegan Chinese dishes. Large portions. All of the Chinese dishes are vegan, but some of the breakfast items have eggs. The General Tso's Chicken and the Eggplant with Garlic Sauce were very tasty. The lunch specials are a good deal.
