Went on 9/25 ordered takeout and can't wait to go back. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, the seitan skewers, pastelillo, mofongo cups, maduros, they were out of tres leches so we got pineapple upside down cake... all so good. The seitan was the best we've ever had

😍😍😍BEST FOOD EVER PHILLY OMG ITS SO DELICIOUS I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!!!! Everything exceeded my expectations!!!! One of my favorite vegan food places now in philly and i tried a TON of places this is hands down some of the best food i ever had!!! I got the Sampler Plate Pinchos and the Coquito Tres Leches and both were out of this world!!!! perfect friendly service and beautiful ambiance!!! HUGE portions so fresh high quality ingredients and beautiful presentation!!!!! Cant wait to go back!!!!

Got the sampler platter and pastelitos...everything was so good!!! The staff was very nice. The only downside is the place is small with limited seating so keep that in mind.

Finally got to try this all vegan puerto rican restaurant that’s in the old Hello Donuts location. It’s a very chill place. Never had puerto rican food before (maybe once?) and this was phenomenal. Can’t wait to come back and try everything else on the menu. They have breakfast too!

I can’t overstay at how delicious the food is at this new all-vegan Puerto Rican eatery. It’s authentic, varied and so, so good. Some of these dishes, I never thought I’d be able to have again, but happily now there is Casa Borinquena. The person who served us was incredibly welcoming and patient. I particularly liked the sampler, which offers a few different options. The tostones were superb and the coquito tres leches cake to exqusite! Highly recommended!

If you love Puerto Rican food and Puerto Rican vibes as much as I do then you’ll love this place. Everything is totally vegan. The staff is friendly. We met the owner who was such a friendly person and is clearly investing in the community.

I stopped by for lunch and ordered the pincho sampler plate, which includes rice, two chicken skewers, maduros, and a small side salad. Everything was delicious, but especially the chicken. The texture and flavor were incredible. I also tried the chocolate version of their coquito tres leches cake, which was phenomenal. The cake was so light and fluffy with a delicate cream on top. I am excited to try everything on the menu!
