Super yum! - Edit
Had delicious breakfast sandwiches and bagels including muffuletta special and a vegan egg & cheese. Wait was longish on a busy Saturday but there was a cute popup market outside and great local people watching so we didn’t mind. Would love to come back for the lunchtime sandwiches next time.

Amazing vegan po’ boy! - Edit
Absolutely Delicious! Vegan po’ boy comes in three varieties: pakora, tofu, or veggie burger. I got tofu with a side of pakora and mango chile chutney. Sooooooo good!

Great spot for a sandwich or snack - Edit
Tofu po boy was very tasty, but I would even go back just for the samosa and pakora. They were delicious and very reasonably priced. There were some vegan baked goods too that looked good but we didn't try any

Nice vegan stop for bagels - Edit
Nice stop for vegan bagels. We didn't realize there is a separate coffee bar inside until after we bought coffee at the bagel counter. Happy Cow currently indicates they are open 5 days a week. That is out of date. We went today and discovered they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. It is not really a grocery mart, but they do serve bagels and other food. It took about 15 minutes to get 2 bagels. Unfortunately, they were out of a lot of bagels flavors by about 1030am. Overall, nice to have this place for some vegan eats.

Best bagel sandwich of all time! - Edit
(It won’t let me give 5 stars bc the serve fish which is a wack rule IMO. This place deserves 5 stars for sure.)
Read moreYum. Really good food. Bagel sandwiches are soo good. The veggies are always fresh and sliced nice and thin and yum I just love them! My favorites are the gringo and dharma. In love with the Bombay sandwich too. The owner and staff are incredibly kind and seem like all around good people. One of my new top spots in Nola.
Pros: Lots of vegan options , Lots of vegetarian options , Amazingly delicious!!!!

Just awsome! - Edit
Best Indian food in town. Owner is genuinely welcoming and makes the experience of eating there like coming home. Portions are large and very filing. Don't leave without the massala chai or mango lassi.

Great veg spot - Edit
Love small mart! Their menu is super vegan friendly. They actually have vegan cream cheese for the bagels! Tons of options to try from and it’s super easy to pick up something there since it’s a good window.

Hidden secret - Edit
Small little mart that turns out vegan goodness. They were out of the curry (Sounds like it’s popular) so I got one of the po boys, samosas and brownie. Seriously amazing. I could have gone back to this place for every meal. So good!

Hidden gem - Edit
The food here is heavenly! We had a chaat bowl and a curry between 2 (half each) and the portion was just right. Beautiful flavours and what I'd call 'real' food.
Read moreNot sure I would've come across it if it wasn't for this app, and even then it wasn't obvious we were entering the right place at first. So glad we did though!
The only issue (if you want to call it that) was we were told there was no tofu (fine, they probably ran out and we don't like it anyway!) or salmon!!! This confused me slightly as I believed the place to be at least vegetarian if not vegan so surely no salmon is a given?
Pros: Very reasonably priced
Cons: Possibly serves salmon?

Great Pastries - Edit
We tried the zucchini bread (moist and flavorful with a crisp top) and the coconut magic bar (rich and well-balanced). Both were excellent! What a nice find for quick and tasty treats.

Poboy heaven - Edit
Had a tofu Poboy, and a pakora Poboy. Both were good, but the pakora one with chutney really hit the spot. They also have vegan bowls that look good. Small place mostly for take out.

Literally the best vegan burger I have ever had. - Edit
Went here yesterday and had the best burger of my life!!! It has some nice curry flavors to it. Defiantly not your typical boring lettuce, tomatoes, and pickle style burger! They’re closed today as it’s Christmas but I can’t wait to go back again the following day!!! We also had their Punjabi style golden curry and the rice and everything was perfect!

Tasty food at reasonable prices! - Edit
Vast majority of the menu items are vegan. Tiny place, but delicious food. I got the Chaat bowl twice in two days! It's two samosas, two pakoras, veggies and rice with a spicy green curry sauce. They also have a vegan bagel deluxe for breakfast, which is also yummy!
