Outstanding. - Edit
I really enjoyed this experience at Slow. The service was absolutely marvelous and the food delicious & homemade. Basically almost everything is vegan except 1 dish (fish) and 1 dessert. They are almost there!!! The flavours were insane and the prices are SUPER affordable. Cannot recommend enough this place!

Asiatic fusionvery refined 90% vegan - Edit
The Slow restaurant offers creative fusion cuisine with a maximum of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Read moreAlmost the entire menu is vegan, and a fish option is also available.
The weekly menu features vegetarian and vegan dishes, and the menu changes every month.
I tasted :
- Peking-style buns, Le bao à la pékinoise (vegan) two homemade buns bao style, stuffed with shredded oyster mushroom, carrot, cucumber and leek, Chinese barbecue sauce.
- Gourmet cromesqui, made with brown rice, parsley, coriander, tofu, orange and ginger chutney and served with red cabbage marinated in Japanese miso.
- Le tartare à la Thai, tartare of Korean eryngii mushrooms, zucchini, red onions, Thai sauce made with tamari, ginger, Thai basil and garlic, served with crispy homemade sweet potato fries.
- Vegetable bourguignon (vegan), old-fashioned carrots, broccoli, shiimeji, shiitake, beechwood-smoked tofu, served with mashed potatoes and a gourmet bourguignon sauce.
- Coconut panacotta (vegan), with pear coulis, seasonal fruit, Thai basil
- Chestnut mousse (vegan), vegetable chestnut cream, chestnut cream, roasted chestnuts
The food is very refined and gourmet, I'm not a mushroom person but the tartare was very tasty.
The bourgignon included melting smoked tofu and the sauce was well worked.
The welcome was perfect, and the service was attentive to the customer's needs.
I hope the menu will be more plant-based, or at least vegetarian, in the medium term.
Pros: Welcome, choices
Cons: not enough vegan dessert

Finally! - Edit
Rue Daguerre is a charming street in the 14th but it had one flaw - lack of vegan food!!!! But not anymore. The price is also reasonable.
