Delicious Vegan Duck Fries! - Edit
We came after seeing the other great reviews for the Vegan Duck Fries! The venue is cool – a food court set in a basement, but if you’re not paying attention you’ll walk straight past it like I did! They have a veggie & vegan menu, although it’s worth noting that it’s on the flipside of a menu containing both meat and some vegan options so we almost missed seeing the full range. Not that it really mattered for us though as we knew we wanted to try the Vegan Duck Fries. We shared a portion and they were really tasty! The chips were lovely – perfectly soft and fluffy on the inside, with a crispy outside. The ‘duck’ pieces and sauces were also delicious and it was all very satisfying. I would love to come back and try more of the menu as they have lots of really tasty looking options!

Was completely taken aback by the food served here. I only ordered the vegan duck fries but I wish I’d got more! The ‘meat’ was really tasty and the fries they came on were fantastic. Definitely recommend eating here! There is also a large range of beers available from Verdant, who are vegan friendly.

An absolutely lovely place to eat. Many things vegan, I chose the vegan baconator based on another review on this site, and I was not disappointed. The textures and flavours are wonderful, and it was all cooked perfectly. I also went for the vegan cheese fries, the cheese sauce is amazing, since turning vegan I've really struggled to find a cheese alternative that I like, however the cheese sauce on offer here exceeded expectations. Couple all this with the fantastic atmosphere of the whole place and you've got yourself a wonderful evening meal.

Anything on the menu can be made vegan!! The patty itself is the best vegan patty I've ever had and the cheese is peng too! Slightly pricey but I guess you're also paying for the atmosphere of Assembly Underground!

We have the vegan personal cheesus burger, vegan baconator, vegan cheese fries and onion rings. They were delicious and we were stuffed after getting through it all. The fries are actually proper thick chips which is great.
