Best Szechuan in SD

Our go to order is mapo tofu which bursts with Szechuan heat, eggplant w garlic sauce which is perfectly braised, and biang biang noodles which are hand-ripped wide noodles slathered in Szechuan chili oil and bok choy. Fried green beans are good too. The combo eggplant and green beans dish doesn't have as flavorful eggplant as the eggplant w garlic sauce dish. Burst tofu w cumin or sweet and sour sauce was ok. Wouldn't get again. It's like a fried pillow that bursts in your mouth. The outside is too fried, the inside is silken.
