Tiny Space, Big Flavours - Edit
Occupying a space within the Erbe market hall that can just about accommodate it, this petite restaurant certainly gave a bigger hit than its small stature may suggest that it’s capable of. Both of the vegan piadinas were remarkably fresh, well put together in terms of their fillings and had their own distinct, punchy flavours. Having sampled a number of other such creations while in the country, I would say that these had the best bread by far, it was absolutely gorgeous and easily could be consumed on its own.
