Biggest Selection of Vegan Options - Edit
Most restaurants with vegan options are usually slim pickings, but they have a pretty robust vegan portion with delicious and quite large meals. My family is not Vegan so I love that we can all go, get exactly what we want, and leave happy and full (with leftovers 😁). Unfortunately this means that your food could be prepared on surfaces which also had animal products - sorry! The vegan sausage gravy recipe is awful and needs revision (tastes like bland oatmeal) but everything else is flavorful and huge!

I love the fact that they have many, many vegan options. I've tried a few. It's been hit or miss. The ones I like I really like, even though a couple things didn't quite make the grade. The cinnamon roll is good, but it is really drowned in the sweet glaze. I'd like it better if the glaze was used sparingly. The vegan sausage gravy is a tad too peppery for my taste. The cheesy biscuits are really good and the oatmilk latte was heaven. I plan to go back and try different things to find more favorites.

This is our go to place for brunch. The food, the atmosphere, the service is the best. So many vegan options. We love that we can take family and friends that aren’t vegan and we can enjoy a great vegan meal.

Huge menu of amazing vegan food - would love to visit again - Edit
Seven Mile has one of the largest vegan menus I've ever seen (bigger than some fully-vegan restaurants). There is a wide range of sweet dishes (pancakes, waffles, french toast, etc) as well as savory (biscuits and gravy, sausage, "eggs," burgers, etc). If you can imagine a diner-type brunch dish, Seven Mile probably has a vegan version of it for you. We had the Vegan Berry Dream French Toast and the Vegan Gravy Train, and both were delicious. The menu was very clearly marked with vegan options throughout, and our server was knowledgeable and welcoming about our food choices. Service was quick and friendly, and the price was reasonable. We would absolutely love to eat here again, and we're hoping that the chain will expand near us.

Breakfast can be one of the harder meals to find as a vegan, but Seven Mile Cafe makes it a dream! Their menu has a variety of clearly labeled vegan dishes. Our server said that one of the owners is vegan and you can see that based on how many options to pick from. Basically, if you want it, you can have it vegan here! My only hang up is that they are not in Denver yet! Expand, please!

Most vegan breakfast options I’ve ever seen!! - Edit
PLEASE I’m begging you, you have to come here for brunch, with your vegan and non-vegan people. SO many classic American and Mexican breakfast dishes made vegan. I had the chicken and waffles with sausage gravy. A meal I haven’t had since before I was vegan. DELICIOUS!
