Slightly pricey but a broad choice - Edit
Sen is a large, air conditioned restaurant that can cater for a group of people easily. The menu has a lot of choices, all Vietnamese.

Cons: The staff were grumpy, A bit expensive

Great soup - Edit
I had the hue style soup which was extremely tasty. I really liked the passion fruit smoothie (it was more a frozen milk shake than a smoothie but very delicious). Wasn't the biggest fan of the summer rolls though

Perfection - Edit
Needed a big meal before walking street and this was perfection. We sat on the second floor with the floor seating vibes and it was great. Really chill with an insane amount of options. Good value and we definitely over-ordered but we got it all finished as it was so nice

Incredible food! - Edit
One of the best places in Ho Chi Minh! We went on our last day and I wish we’d gone on our first, so we could do every day.
Read moreThe food is absolute incredible and beautifully presented. The Pho was amazing, rice paper rolls so incredibly fresh and even the fried rice was excellent.

We didn't eat there because... - Edit
My partner and I decided to try here because their description said they served mock meat dishes and she really doesn't like mushrooms in their 'natural' form.
Read moreSadly once we got there and were looking through the menu, we couldn't see any dishes that weren't very mushroom-heavy and no mock meats.
The other diner's dishes also looked quite small and simple considering the prices of dishes and me personally, I can't handle sitting on the floor which is the only option here so we reluctantly left.
Just leaving this review to let others know what to expect, especially with the seating situation which can be a total deal-breaker.

sooo good and affordable - Edit
such many options, nearly impossible to choose from. menu doesn‘t say „tastes like chicken“, it says „what gluten wings“ but there are pictures to figure it out.
Read morewe had 3 dishes and an extra portion plain rice and it was enough for 2 people. the „vegan beer“ tastes like malt beer but maybe that‘s just a problem for germans 😅
all in all a wonderful and delicious experience (but be aware of the chilis, SO SPICY!)

I was spoilt for choice. The menu is wide, prices reasonable.

Lovely place with huge menu - Edit
After a long day of walking, we decided to spoil ourselves with a nice warm hot pot and porridge.
Read moreThe hot pot had a lot of different kinds of mushrooms and broth was tasty. We asked for not spicy (since my partner can’t handle the Vietnamese spice level) but they are happy to give you fresh chilis to spice it up.
The vegetables which came with the hot pot were nice, I was just expecting some kind of tofu too, so a bit disappointed that it was not included.
I also wanted to try my first savory porridge, which was super flavorful and came in a big amount (it’s a meal in itself).
For the beverages we took the vegan beret (which is non-alcoholic) and the black sesame milk (surprising in taste but pleasant).

Delicious food, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, good price - Edit
I had a delicious pho and a lotus juice. There were mostly local families there when I went and they were all smiling at me and being friendly. I paid only 4 USD for my entire meal. The staff was really nice.

A lot of nice and fresh vegan options.

Friendly staff, but weird that I had to pay for tissue, because they didn’t told me.😅 There is not a nice atmosphere. I was sitting downstairs because of my foot and there was no vibe at all.

Tasty food and good service - Edit
Varied choice of dishes. Friendly staff although they didn't speak English. Service took a little longer than expected but that might be due to the elaborate cooking. Food was tasty and prices accordingly fair.

Delicious and fresh! - Edit
All of the food was extremely fresh and delicious. The roll wraps had a lovely balance between the indulgent mock meats and the crunchy fresh fillings. The mango salad was also extremely refreshing!

All fresh and delicious ingredients.
Read moreThe place doesn’t look like much. Especially on the first floor. But fresh ingredients will win me over everything else.
A perfect mushroom salad! Not something I’ve said in an Asian restaurant before.
Pros: Delicious oyster mushroom salad
Cons: The first floor looks like a homeless shelter, The decor is uninspired

Vietnamese food made by Flavor-Gods! - Edit
What an accommodating place! There are three levels: you can choose to dine on the second floors, where you sit on the ground, or you dine on the third floor, sitting on regular chairs and tables. The menu has been translated into English but sometimes you might still have questions. The servers can accommodate you well, using their limited English skills and Google translate. There are so many dishes to choose from, you could come here every day of your vacation and try something new. Prices are moderate - not dirt cheap, not expensive - simply average. The food though: Next Level. So flavorful, beautiful - simply wow. Especially the vegan shrimps grilled over charcoal are to die for (they’ve been removed from the menu, but the kitchen still makes them on request!!). Veggies are fresh, sauces and condiments are tasty. 10/10
