I can’t say enough good things about this place. Firstly, the food is knock out good, my husband and I literally moan with each bite; that’s how good it is. Everything is homemade with such care. The two owners are the sweetest people in the world; I feel seen and so welcomed every time I come in. My husband and I head all the way here from Astoria, Queens! I’m not being dramatic when I say that Seitan’s truly deserves an award or some kind of recognition. Almost every person that walks in here when I’m there is smiling and so happy to be there. Such amazing vibes. I adore this place.

Great vegan deli. The Triple Threat (Italian sandwich) ruled. Perfect flavor balance. Fresh. 10/10. I bought a bunch of slices to go to make this sandwich at home. The macaroni salad was great. And the people working there were friendly and helpful. Can't recommend it enough. I wish this place was in my town.

I loved Seitan's Helper. I had two of the BEST sandwiches I've ever had. Their seitan meat is absolutely delicious. The Triple Threat sandwich was my favorite with mortadella, salami, pepperoni, vegan cheddar, red onion, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, greens, mayo, vinaigrette on a focaccia hero. Their bread is also baked fresh as well, so bonus points for that. The deli itself is a cool vibe and very Brooklyn! They also have rotating specials.

Hands down the best sandwiches I've ever eaten, vegan or not. We had the T-bird and the evil twin, both amazing but the crunch of green apple and pickled green tomatoes in the T-bird was truly something special.

The restaurant has a super cute atmosphere and the sandwiches were sooo savory and delish!! I love that they had so many not typical vegan options to add (such as bacon from Seiten, vegan cheese or omelette)! The kombucha was nice for people who do not like their drink super sweet! And also the staff was extremely friendly and sympathetic 🌞

Seitan’s Helper has an awesome thing going on. It’s a vegan deli, with all its meats made from seitan, in-house, from scratch with cheeky names for its sandwiches like Evil Twin and The Omen. And they are delish!
Read moreHad the BEC from their standard menu which comes with their chickpea nomelette with maple bacon and red pepper jam on a potato onion roll.
Also tried The Creature from their specialty menu made with grilled chik’n and red peppers, cashew mozzarella, olive tapenade, and chimi churri sauce on focaccia.
These sandos do not skimp on flavor. Like the place, they burst with personality. Can’t recommend Seitan’s Helper enough. It made my day. #Veganuary
