Ingredients made from scratch - Edit
Seitan’s Helper has an awesome thing going on. It’s a vegan deli, with all its meats made from seitan, in-house, from scratch with cheeky names for its sandwiches like Evil Twin and The Omen. And they are delish!
Read moreHad the BEC from their standard menu which comes with their chickpea nomelette with maple bacon and red pepper jam on a potato onion roll.
Also tried The Creature from their specialty menu made with grilled chik’n and red peppers, cashew mozzarella, olive tapenade, and chimi churri sauce on focaccia.
These sandos do not skimp on flavor. Like the place, they burst with personality. Can’t recommend Seitan’s Helper enough. It made my day. #Veganuary

First time here. Got the BEC and it was delicious. Fresh bread, tasty vegan maple bacon, nomelette, and roasted red pepper jam. Would def order again.

Oh. My. God. - Edit
This place is awesome. If you want something that will blow your mind, try the Pan Witch: a breakfast sandwich with pancakes instead of bread. Run by the nicest folks you’ll ever meet too.

Great sandwiches - Edit
Cute little place with deli vibe. Went with the evil twin and the am rito. Both were great and filling. We had some desserts too (amazing - very tasty) but didn't snap a pic before they were gone. Would go again.

Sandwich place - Edit
I remember coming here during the pandemic super excited about all the options but the sandwich I was ultimately unimpressive I do really want to come back and try another one since their food looks so good I just did not find the taste to be as good as it looked

Best tofu scramble - Edit
I LOVE the tofu scramble here. I don’t know how they make it so perfectly. Wish more sandwiches included it instead of the nomelette, which I find less flavorful and sort of sticky? Anyway, the sandwiches here are generally amazing. The housemade mozzarella spread is delicious, and the seitan is, of course, tops. They are offering pastries now, which unfortunately aren’t as great as the ones from Pisces Rising, but it’s nice to have the option.

Tasty sandwiches - Edit
We ordered the Triple Threat and Evil Twin which had a good amount of seitan inside as well as coleslaw, cheese, and mayo. Nice bread too! These two sandwiches were kind of similar to each other so next time, I'll order the egg sandwich for a different taste.

Hail Seitan! - Edit
The place is so good. They specialize in faux deli meats and have plenty of fantastic sandwiches. They also do brunch on the weekends with some of the greatest breakfast dishes we’ve ever had. The Biscuits & Gravy and the BEC breakfast sandwich are must try’s. They serve a bunch of baked goods/desserts from a few different local vegan bakers. The also have a full variety of coffee drinks. The service is friendly and professional. It’s really everything you want a vegan cafe to be.

Amazingly cheap vg eats - Edit
This spot is super hip and has great food. The brunch menu is short and sweet and will not disappoint. The sandwiches are $6-$8 when a lot of other vg places will charge double that so this is a must !!!
