Several tasty vegan choices - Edit
I often eat and order from this place. Convenient menu that has a dedicated vegetarian section. Vegetarian dishes containing eggs have a convenient "no egg" option on their website. Similarly you can order your meals with or without tofu. You can have a complete vegan meal and choose between 3-4 options (not including the usual cucumber and avocado makis that you could find anywhere else). The staff is used to serve vegetarians and vegans (and understands the difference) and will point out what you can or cannot eat depending on your diet. I totally recommend this place.
