Flavourful and extremely tasty dishes! - Edit
I had some vegan spinach Knödels, they were delicious and I loved the grilled veggies as well. Lots of fresh herbs and flavours, a very well made dish and the food is high quality. Would be 5 stars for me if they were a fully vegan restaurant.

Knead randomly strolling the streets when I discovered something that looked like a veggie-restaurant (lol). I was not wrong, while the menu not fully vegan, it has a nice selection.
Read moreI tried one of their balls with lentils which was new for me. It had a nice taste, and overall a satisfying dish. Beware that most of them are not gluten-free, while there is one GF option. The serving is a bit small, but not too pricey. Good restaurant for both vegans and vegetarians!

Passed by by coincidence and stopped for a coffee, ended up eating some Waffels, corissant and hummus dish. Super delicious and very friendly! The waffles could have been a tiny bit bigger for the price😉but we would still come back and give it another try!

Super leckere Knödelgerichte, sowohl als Suppe, klassische Knödel, Burger oder Süßspeisen. Wir haben die Brezn, Steinpilz und Spinat Bala probiert, sowie das Gröstl. Alles war großartig und der Service hervorragend.

I had brunch at this place and the food was delicious. I got a hummus sandwich and Apfel Strudel. Both great. The restaurant is vegan/vegetarian but most of the options are vegan. The staff is also very friendly and the place is cozy and nice!

When we saw this restaurant on HappyCow we were curious. We have had no experience with south Tiroler cuisine, so we decided to give it a try.
Read moreEverything on the menu sounded kind of nice, so we had no idea what to pick. We asked the waiter to surprise us, and that he did. We shared everything between the four of us and had a lovely meal.
We tried some of the deserts as well, they were all quite tasty.

Food was good, but given the price neither a lot nor very creative. It somehow was creative yes, but the food was with time rather repetitive; would have wished for more different flavours. Nevertheless it is a valid option if you seek dumplings.

Inventive and Delicious - Edit
A great, unique vegetarian restaurant with ample vegan options that combines traditional Alpine cuisine with a delicious, plant-based inventiveness. The Bala, or Bales, (Knödel) are extremely good, and the variety is great too--I can't wait to sample them all! So far I've thoroughly enjoyed the Steinpilz mit Artischocken (I'm always up for good mushrooms:). The vegan Apfelstrudel was excellent, if not the very fluffiest, most perfect one I've ever tried, but I would get it again and also look forward to trying more of their vegan desserts.

The space is comfortable and pleasant and the service is friendly and very good.

Unique South Tyrolian-style eatery - Edit
The restaurant looks stylish yet cozy, prices seem to be on the higher end but are imo absolutely worth it, portions and dumplings might look small but lentils, bread and other sides are filling, and the taste was very good, I recommend the crispy porcini dumplings with the burger. They have a lot of vegan desserts as well.
