Chinese vegetarian on the sophisticated side

I had the sweet and sour vegan fish, vegetable and mushroom rice, and dry-fried string beans with southern poplar mushrooms. The seasoning was sophisticated yet flavorful. The sweet and sour sauce was nice, but personally I may go for another main next time because it was a tad too fruity for my taste. The fried rice was rich and delicious. I especially liked the browned mushrooms in my string bean dish; very rich in umami! The owner was nice and we had a nice short chat about veganism and how easy it is to be a vegan in Taiwan.
