Serves meat, vegan options available. Al fresco restaurant with daily live music, in the Isla Rio Cuale, close to the Zona Romantica. Watch iguanas munching on leaves on the trees over the river while eating a meal here. Ask for the vegan items available. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-11:00pm.

Best and friendliest staff in P.V. - Edit
They were absolutely the nicest people we encountered in P.V. Treated us as if we were family. Amazing cocktails and a great atmosphere.

Dinner options - Edit
There is no longer a vegan menu, but they do have vegan options at dinner. (Just no options at breakfast/lunch unless you make alterations or just have guac).
Read moreHowever the options at dinner were good. We had the roasted pear salad (sub vinaigrette instead of cheese dressing). Then we had the coconut quinoa bowl (again sub vinaigrette instead of caramel dressing). The quinoa bowl was excellent. Finally my husband had bananas flambé without ice cream and it was great.
The atmosphere is nice and it’s a good (although expensive) option if you’re going with a mixed group of diners.
Pros: Food is good, Atmosphere
Cons: Expensive , Needs more options

No longer any vegan options - Edit
Nice ambiance but no vegan options. They said they would make mushroom tacos but did not sound appetizing. Ended up just having a drink and going to an actual vegan restaurant. Avoid.

Beautiful location but the vegan portions are small for the price. - Edit
Mushroom dish was tiny for price. Linguini was tasty but small potion. Location is beautiful so worth a visit. Sit at a table by the river! Come for a drink.

Nice Vegetarian-Vegan Menu - Edit
Ask for the vegetarian-vegan menu, which has two vegan starters and two vegan entrees. I would return just for quinoa starter, which was the best of all four dishes. Not sure if there is a vegan dessert. Live music, more upscale, but worth the up charge if you are on vacation and enjoying the evening out with people who aren’t ready to go to an entirely vegetarian restaurant.
