They were able to do the San Juan breakfast sandwich vegan- vegan sausage/eggs/cheese/cream cheese. Very good. Quick and friendly service.

Great vegan options! - Edit
Staff was super knowledgeable (and vegan themselves!) and was able to custom make a delicious vegan sandwich with just egg, vegan cheese, and vegan sausage on a bagel. Great location, would recommend for breakfast or small lunch.
