Il posto è caratteristico. I piatti abbondanti e da leccarsi i baffi. Una parte mangiata sul posto e l’altra sul treno di ritorno a casa. Quando hanno saputo del mio compleanno mi hanno regalato un tiramisù. Super carini. Lo consiglio tantissimo.

Visited Oct ‘23. I was blown away by Rifugio. We ate here on the last night of our trip and it was so wonderful.
Read moreIt’s a little out of town but walkable, we had an early reservation so were the first guests to arrive but it was full by the time we left. The staff were super friendly and kind, we had starters, mains and desserts, all of which were tasty and filling. I miss it and can’t wait to return one day.

The Cannelloni was really great! I loved it. Filled with vegan Ragout that tasted delicious and covered with vegan cheese and vegan parmesan. I can definetly recommend it!
The supli is a traditional roman starter and it was my favourite thing i ate in rome! I highly recommend to try it!

I was super excited about visiting here after seeing so much hype on the groups I use! And when we realised our hotel was literally opposite the restaurant we didn't hesitate to book!
Read moreWe ordered some starters to share - The Hummus Bruschetta was just hummus on bread - the bread wasn't toasted or crispy. It was pretty bland. The Arancini ball & croquettes I enjoyed though!
We ordered the Carbonara & Cannilloni- I enjoyed the Carbonara - But the Cannilloni wasn't great at all. The tomato sauce was very bitter & tasted very cheap.
We had the coconut dessert though which we both enjoyed
Wouldn't go again. It wasn't all bad. But I've definitely eaten much much better at my 2 visits to Rome
Pros: Restaurant is small but has a nice atmosphere , The pudding was tasty , Pretty well priced!
Cons: Food was hit & miss! Half good, half bad!

Lovely place. We arrived at 6 and we were told we could only order pizza or starters (no pasta yet) until 6:30...but by the time we'd finally made our decisions it was 6:30! So many amazing options. very filling and incredibly tasty. Good atmosphere and friendly staff

We had high hopes for this place and were somewhat disappointed. The bruschetti and the pasta were allright, but nothing special. We didn't order the carbonara, however, which seemed to be very popular. We came back for a second time and had quite good pizza. The dough was very tasty, the toppings were in order. Friendly service and good athmosphere.

Without a doubt, it was the best typical Italian restaurant we went to when we were in Italy. At the time, in 2019, the restaurant was not yet 100% vegan, but I noticed that it has been vegan since March 2023. It was the best gnocchi I've ever eaten. I remember it like it was yesterday. Without a doubt, it was also the best vegan Tiramisu I've had in Italy. Excellent service. Friendly, spoke good English. Everything went well and, when we return to Rome, it will undoubtedly be our main option for dinners!!!!!

Sem dúvida alguma, também foi o melhor Tiramisú vegano que comi na Itália. Atendimento excelente. Simpáticos, falam bem inglês. I highly recommend a visit here. It's small so it might be good to book ahead. I was a walk in but as I was on my own I was able to get a table. It was hard to pick but I went for a pizza and pasta and they were both so good. The service was great. #Veganuary

Read moreThe sample boards are a great way to start the meal, give the hot roasted potatoes a try it’s a piece of home cooking missing in many restaurants. The cannoli’s for the mains are perfect. The Tiramisu is magnificent! Coming back again to try out more.

Hemos cenado ahí dos noches seguidas y no nos ha defraudado ninguna. Es mejor con reserva, pero con algo de suerte tienes sitio (aunque puede que te limiten el tiempo). Es un sitio pequeño pero con una gran selección de platos, cervezas y, sobretodo, vinos. El personal es amabilísimo, no entiendo las quejas que tienen algunos.

The menu was extensive, good value and varied. Wish we could have visited multiple times as not just pizza and pasta but a whole range of amazing vegan options. They were turning people away as as so busy. Definitely a must visit for vegans in Rome!

Huge range of vegan Italian style dishes. Only pizza was available when we stopped by at 6pm as they don’t offer the dinner menu until after 6.30pm. The pizza was delicious and it was great to have a range of vegan options to choose from in Rome.

We appreciated finding a fully vegan restaurant in Rome with lots of choices and a great selection of pizza. The pizza bases were delicious and the cheese used was also impressive. Very nice food, but make sure you book as it seems to be busy.
