Vegan katsu is... interesting - Edit
A bowl of hot crispy crunchy crumbed katsu schnitzel with rice, curry sauce, pickled radish and salad for $13.9 is not bad for the city. Katsu is delish when fresh but if you don't scoff it down the inside protein(?) bit disintegrates quite remarkably into a strange formless mush.

Couple of vegan options. Food is nice but taste a bit like everything came out of a packet. You couldn't eat it too often I don't reckon.

Pros: The vegan katsu looks pretty legit, Pretty cheap for the amount of carbs

Read moreOnly thing I will say is they use a mock chicken as opposed to tofu and tastes identical to chicken. I know that’s the point😅 and I like it, but if you’re someone that may get weirded out by something that is identical to the taste and Texture to chicken, it may not be the one ahahaha
