Amsterdam outlet copycat? - Edit
I LOVED the “soupless amaze-men” in Amsterdam from their main brand ramen-ism. It didn’t have these London outlet options like garlic, truffle, etc, so this was a diff experience to order. They’ve rebranded and are now called “Ramen Hiro” on the menu in Mercato metropolitano, the main banner says “Ramen Katsu”. Menu looks very different in London. Highly recommend for a hearty meal 🩵 veryyy sodium/ salt/ msg/ umami heavy though, do get a cola etc to feel lighter.

Tasty but they put too much pepper - Edit
The vegan ramen was good but the version in Amsterdam is better and they out too much pepper without saying that it is spicy .

Not fully vegan anymore shame - Edit
Very nice soupy garlic ramen with vegan Chick’n katsu. The portion seemed kinda small but maybe that’s London and the times. 11.50. I liked the toppings and rocket for added health value. They used to be fully vegan but started serving meat recently. They still serve vegan food though.

Great vegan Ramen! - Edit
We had this in Amsterdam and were amazed so had to try the London one. It was not quite as good but still up there with the best ramen available in London. Highly recommend and will return. Love that it is all veggie and vegan options. Located in the food market so not quite the same experience but very glad they are in London!

Not vegan anymore - Edit
It's very sad when a place that became popular by selling themselves as a vegan business goes backwards.😒What a shame!

Delicious and rich flavours - Edit
Such lovely, rich, salty, delicious flavours! It is located in Mercato Metropolitano which is a cool spot, with a ton of seating and also a number of other vendors with vegan options. As others have mentioned they do like to add on costs that aren't mentioned, i.e. gyoza was an extra £2 to the meal deal as was the katsu sauce. She explained the charges but just fyi. We had the katsu ramen and the garlic soupless ramen, I really liked them both, don't expect anything traditional but they were delicious all the same.

Wowsers! - Edit
This was amazing! Firstly, we should have read what it said on Happy Cow because we had no idea it would be in a food court (a massive one with different areas) so it took us quite a while and some asking around to find it... Anyway, it was so worth the search because these ramen were delicious! I won't even complain that the staff were not exactly friends and barely said a word to us while ordering... We sure will be back!

Scam! Be careful with the prices! - Edit
Yesterday, I went to this place and asked for a meal combo/deal that was marked as £17 for a main, a side, and a drink. I selected one of the sides that were included in the description of the combo: the gyozas. When I was about to pay, they wanted to charge me £19. I asked why they wanted to charge me more, and they replied that if I selected the gyozas, there's an extra charge of £2. What?! That's not written on the big menu.
Read moreI changed my order and asked just for the garlic ramen, and once again, when I was about to pay, they wanted to charge me £12.50. How come it's £12.50? On the big menu, it is mentioned £10 for any soup-less ramen. The employee fixed the price for me, but I got the feeling that they want to advertise low prices and charge extra for distracted people. Basically, they are trying to extract money from the customers.
Don't get me wrong, the food is amazing, but because they are not honest, I need to give 2 stars and alert you to this scam!

It tastes good but - Edit
It’s not very authentic I would say. The spicy tan tan men had a great peanut base but the spicy chilli oil was literally laoganma, a Chinese store bought chilli oil. I thought things would at least be home made but it doesn’t seem like it was.

Disappointed - Edit
I am allergic to soya and their sauce contains both soya milk and soy sauce. I asked if I could just have noodles and vegetables. I was firmly told no. If they just brought a carton of coconut milk and a bottle of tamari soy sauce they could sell way more meals. Soya allergies are quite common.

Best. Ramen. Ever. - Edit
I had just come from Paris where I thought I had my favorite vegan ramen but nope, Ramen Impossible quickly stole that crown away. So so good. We got the spicy tantanmen (I loved the Szechuan crisp in it) and their soupless ramen with the garlic flavor. Both came with some delicious vegan chicken (and also a nice dollop of very tasty cream). The broth, the noodles, the flavors - wow. I would come here all the time if I lived in London. Very excited to visit the Amsterdam location

The ramen was delicious, in my opinion one of the best ramens in London. My fiancé had the sliders and loaded fries which were also very tasty.

It was ok - Edit
I have slightly different standards for ramen. It was quite pleasant but lacking a depth of flavour and just too sweet, same goes for the chicken sliders. They use quite cheap toppings. Having said that this should appeal to casual ramen eaters, I prefer something with a bit more soul.

Great lunch time offer (on the left) for £5 - but you'd be crazy not to come here and have the Tan Tan (Soupy) Ramen - it's amazing! Vegan Kraft beer from a separate store too!!

Good dry ramen - Edit
Menu of ramen soft drink curry fries is £17. Their recommended dry ramen (marked with “try these first!” on the menu) were pretty good. As someone who prefers non-soupy food I still felt like it was missing a flavorful broth though. If I could go back in time I’d probably have gone for the classic ramen.

Whilst I 99% of the time go for a soupy ramen. Today I thought I'd go for the highly sought after bowl of Impossible Soupless ramen and wow just wow! My taste buds are happy. They are 100% vegan so even better ✨♥️
I opted for super garlic but there were also options for:
•Classic
•Spicy tan tan
•Truffle
I definitely need to go back to try their traditional soupy ramen 🍜
Highly recommended. I absolutely loved this and will most definitely come back for more!!
