Vegan ramen 🍜 - Edit
Japanese ramen restaurant with vegan options. The vegan options are clearly labeled, with a wide range of starters, 2 ramen and 2 desserts. We had the 2 vegan ramens, vegan miso ramen and vegan tantanmen (this one is spicy), and were both very good. I especially enjoyed the vegan miso ramen, delicious. They have also 2 vegan desserts: sacher and matcha tea tart. We chose the matcha tea cake, and it was very tasty.

Vegan miso ramen - Edit
Japanese ramen restaurant with multiple well-labeled vegan options on the menu. We had kimchi, edamame, vegan miso ramen, vegan tantanmen, and matcha tea tart. Everything was delicious; I particularly enjoyed the vegan miso ramen and matcha tea tart. The venue is spacious, and the service was prompt. They provide highchairs for babies, and there is a changing table in the accessible restroom. The location is very close to the Indigo Carmen parking, street parking in this area can be challenging.

The best vegan ramen (tantanmen) there is in Zaragoza - Edit
After being in Japan I was missing a lot some amazing tantanmen I had over there. This one is really good and tasty.
Read moreIs not really cheap but the bowl is pretty big, and you can order extra noodles (paying them).
Pros: Really good tantanmen, Vegan menu on weekdays (coffee instead of dessert)
