Best option in Puerto for an authentic vegetarian or vegan curry

This is authentic home cooked Indian food made from fresh ingredients. The friendly and helpful owner is vegetarian and so understands vegetarian and vegan requirements. Our vegetable curry and pea and paneer curry offered quite different flavours and were both delicious. There is also a lentil dhal available and a small selection of non-Indian vegetable based dishes such as beetroot carpaccio and stuffed courgette which we did not have the opportunity to try. The Thali appears expensive but is said to be a generous size and can be shared. It is fairly quiet at lunchtime but busier in the evening as it is in a very popular dining area in the town.

Pros: Small range of suitable options but very tasty , Good service

Cons: Hours seem to change a bit so need to be checked

Hidden Gem

Stumbled upon this restaurant after searching aimlessly for good restaurant quality vegan food. Vegetarian and vegan options available on a VIP menu alongside an Indian 4 course tasting menu my partner had where some of the options were vegan also allowing me to try. Owner was very attentive and guided us through everything on the menu and explained everything I could eat as vegan options. Beautiful food, great atmosphere, superb service. A gem of a place. Highly recommend.
