A must when in Amsterdam - Edit
When in the Netherlands it seems like you must have a stroopwaffle. Luckily, when you're in Amsterdam you have the option to get vegan stroopwaffles! It's a small place, but the guy working was very friendly and pointed out my vegan options (there were 3 on the day I went). I opted for a hazelnut vegan stroopwaffle and it was delicious! My only complaint is that they are a bit on the pricey side, but I guess you are paying for an experience.

Pretty good stroopwafels - Edit
We mostly went there because stroopwafels are a Dutch staple. In general I think stroopwafels are good but not amazing. The same ones for the vegan kind but theirs come pretty close to the original.

Love you can taste - Edit
Lovely staff and fresh made waffles. It’s a bit pricey, but made with love!
Read moreWe chose chocolate hazelnut.
Only thing confusing are the opening hours. It wasn’t open and we needed to come back multiple times.

3.5 stars good but pricey - Edit
The fresh stroopwafel is delicious. Hot, a bit crispy on the outside very gooey on the inside with the caramel going everywhere. It's very very sweet. It is expensive but worth a try as there are not many places that do the vegan one fresh. As for the pack I'd say not worth the 14 euro. Better to find an alternative in the supermarket as they would taste the same for a fraction of the price.

Made with love - Edit
Such a lovely place and the staff were very caring and happy to help! It is expensive but nice to see it made in front of you and placed in your hands so proudly! Plus it’s a one off for tourists so I don’t mind!

Vegan stroopwafel - Edit
There is a separate vegan menu. Friendly staff. Not cheap. Really tasty stroopwafel. It is supposed to be the only place to get vegan stroopwafel in Amsterdam. Worth trying

Too expensive - Edit
They do sell ready made stroopwafles but it was very expensive at 14 euro per pack. For the fresh ones, is still very expensive, too sweet and not much better than the ready made ones. Thankful for having an option and being to try it though!

Yum! - Edit
First and only Stroopwafel I’ve ever tried so had zero expectations outside of the fact I thought I wouldn’t enjoy it. I liked it! But I don’t need to have another - super sweet and indulgent but a must have in Amsterdam! (Super expensive ~ small is 10£)

14€ for a package of stroopwaffels - Edit
I mean, my bad for not even realizing in the moment that this was complete nonsense and falling into the trap of the impulse buying, but… this is ridiculous. Sure they are vegan, but the price is completely unjustified.

Very tasty, but messy and expensive - Edit
The Stroopwafel was DELICIOUS! however, they did not give me a napkin and it was very messy to eat and I ended up with chocolate on my boots 😂

Delicious vegan stroopwaffel - Edit
Centrally located stroopwaffel place with clearly marked vegan options. A plain waffel for €10 or with a topping for €12.50. The options were speculaas, hazelnuts or oreo.
Read moreI got the speculaas topping, which was spiced biscuit crumbs on top of chocolate, along with the caramel in the middle. A bit sticky to eat, but absolutely divine!

A novel experience - Edit
This was a great opportunity to experience a regional confection native to the Netherlands which otherwise isn’t often vegan. These Stroopwafels were fresh off the press & made before our eyes. We both had different toppings one with an Oreo topping & one with a biscoff like topping. They were delicious but very sweet & sickly once finished. A great crunchy but chewy texture which was orally satisfying. Thing they would go great with coffee. Worth I visit.

Queens Stroopwafels - Edit
Clearly marked vegan stroopwafel with 3 topping options. It’s a little pricey, but I don’t eat a lot of sweets so it’s big enough to pick at it for a couple days. Not too many vegan sweets options here , delicious treat

Too expensive - Edit
I paid 10€ for ONE waffle. The waffle was good, but not worth 10€. I'm sure there are better options, If you want to try dutch food.

Vegan Stroop! - Edit
Great experience — is it a lil pricey? Yes, and it is the only place in Amsterdam that offers a vegan option. I got it with Oreo topping — 10/10 recommend!

slightly disappointed - Edit
came here because i like trying regional foods and this is the only place with vegan stroopwafel. i was kind of disappointed, it was expensive for what you got (i had pastries 10x better for a third of the price). also thought the texture was weird and taste wasn't incredible, toppings might have made it nicer but were so much more expensive. the only prepackaged vegan option i saw was €20 which is steeeeep. if money isn't a concern then its worth trying, but otherwise there are better options for trying dutch food
