Plenty of seating., Hu tiệu chay, pho chay, bun hue chay. Open Mon-Sun 6:00am-9:00pm.

Noodles! - Edit
A one woman show. She sells mostly various vegan noodle soups. Her restaurant looks like it has been on the pavement for years. It covers a fairly large amount of space for a street food restaurant. I ordered a Hu Tieu Chay for take away. It cost me 37,000 Dong. Very tasty indeed. Plenty of seating on the pavement via plastic chairs and plastic tables. No English spoken and no menu in English.
