Good Coffee, Bad Breakfast Sandwich! - Edit
Went here late one morning and got the vegan breakfast sandwich which is “served with fresh spinach, soysage, and tomato on grilled sourdough” according to their menu. I ordered this not thinking it would be so literal and was quite unimpressed when I received my food. The soysage only covers about half of the space of the sandwich bread so a lot of bites did not include this. Also this clearly was not given much thought as to what would go well together and taste good. It was very bland and could have used some sort of vegan aioli. I was excited to see a vegan breakfast sandwich on the menu but disappointed with the outcome. They also had a vegan banana nut muffin which I will try later and give an update on. My boyfriend did get a hot oatmilk latte which he said was good so I’m not writing this place off completely, I just won’t be ordering the vegan breakfast sandwich again and wanted to warn others from such blandness. Definitely did not win sydVfood

nice place to hang out - Edit
Great place to hang out. However, they had no vegan lunch options when I got there and their selection of vegan pastries was sparse (only a few cupcakes/cake pops). Staff didn't seem to know that vegan meant no eggs...

Good Options - Edit
They have clearly labeled vegan options in their cases. My sister-in-law loves their coffee and I am impressed by the quality of teas that they serve. I really like this place!

Great Atmosphere - Edit
Press and Grind is a really cool place to grab a light lunch in the Highlands area. The décor is really fresh and clean and the servers are very friendly. They serve anything from light snacks to salads and sandwiches. They also have great hot beverages. Don't miss out on their pastry shelf, though you'll need to ask if you're vegan.

Really Tasty - Edit
This place has unique vegan coffee drinks and a great selection of smoothies. They had a lot of tasty looking vegan baked goods, one of which was the pecan gallete, which was indeed very good. Their blended drinks are unsweetened, which is good for me, but just be aware of that if getting something to-go. Nice to have a coffee-shop where it is easy to eat vegan.

Cons: Specialty drinks are a bit pricey, Adding Vegan milk costs extra
